About Rob & Stacy
Rob and Stacy have been married since 2002 and have one young adult daughter. They first crossed paths in the middle of a SCUBA shop in Dallas, Texas where they worked together teaching classes and later decided to spend the rest of their lives together. Rob was a single soldier for 7 years in the Army, before spending 13 years in the civilian world. During his civilian time, he and Stacy met, married, had a baby and made lots of plans. God uprooted those plans for the better when he made it clear he wanted Rob to re-join the Army. So, after being married for 9 years, Rob & Stacy and their 6 year old daughter became a military family. 14 years later, God led them to retire from military life and settle down in eastern North Carolina, where they are thrilled to have more time to spend together.
Rob works in the IT field, and enjoys reading, geeking out learning techy things, playing board games, and spending time with his Bride in his free time.
Stacy manages the household, loves sewing and other crafty projects, reading, spending time in nature, learning photography and family game time. She is also part of Protestent Women of the Chapel (PWOC) – a ministry for military wives and women in the military.
Together they have spent many years in both civilian and military life and understand the unique challenges that come in each of those lifestyles. They also know that marriages can absolutely thrive in each of those environments and they want to show you how.
